In CraveInvoice, you can create multiple users who can login and use the software. For each user, you can assign different rights to each data entry form and report. This can be done from the user manager form.
Go to file menu and click User manager menu command. The user manager will allow you to create multiple users and assign rights to each user.
Each user will have a user name, password and full name. When you create a user
Assign right for the form / screen:
For each form, there are following rights to be assigned
Enabled: If you check this option, the user will be able to open the form. If you want to restrict user from opening the particular form then keep this option and all other options mentioned below unchecked.
Add: User will be able to create new records on the form if this option is checked.
Modify: User will be able to modify existing records if this option is checked.
Delete: User will be able to delete records if this option is checked.
Print: User will be able to print the selected record on the form if this record is selected.
Assign right for the reports:
From the report list on user manager form, you can uncheck the checkbox in-front of each report that you don't want to allow to open.
