Setup Company

When you run the software for the first time, you can specify company information on First Run Wizard.

If you want to add new company or modify your company information then please follow the steps below.

Add a new company record:

1. Click Setup menu and select Company setup.

2. On the Company form, click New button.

3. Type in details of your company including your Company name, Address, Phone, Email and so on.

4. Click on Select logo file button to select the company logo. The logo will automatically resize itself but you can modify the size if required.

5. Click Save button.

Modify a Company record:

1. Click Setup menu and select Company setup.

2. On the Company form, click All Records List tab.

3. Double-click the Company name.

4. Update the company information as needed.

5. Click Save button.

Note: Company name and logo will be displayed automatically on all reports once it is updated from company setup form.

Setup default company: If you run multiple companies, it is possible to set any one company as your default company. So whenever you run CraveInvoice, the default company will be opened automatically.

To setup a default company, Go to File menu and click Select company. A company selection form will be displayed. You can select the default company from the list. Once a company is selected, click Select as Default button.

1. Click Setup menu and select Company Profile.

2. Type in details of your company such as Company name, Address, Phone, Email etc.

3. Click on Select logo file button to select the company logo.

4. Click Save Settings button.
